Jetting Briggs LO206 Kart 1.3

This application offers a comprehensive analysis tool for karting enthusiasts using Briggs & Stratton LO206 karting engines. By factoring in temperature, altitude, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and engine specifications, it provides tailored recommendations for optimal carburetor settings (JETTING) and spark plug selection specifically for karts equipped with Walbro PZ22 carburetors.

The app automatically retrieves essential weather data by leveraging location and altitude to access information from the nearest weather station via the internet. On supported devices, an internal barometer enhances precision. In cases where GPS, WiFi, or internet connectivity is unavailable, users can manually input weather details.

• Two distinct tuning modes: "Free jet sizes" and "Fixed (Stock) jet sizes"
• Calculated values provided in the first mode include the main jet size, needle type, needle position, pilot (idle) jet, mixture screw position, spark plug recommendation, spark plug gap, and float height
• In the second mode, main jet and idle jet sizes remain fixed (Stock), adjusting mixture quality through float height and needle position
• Fine-tuning capabilities for customization
• Log of all carburetor configurations
• Visual presentation of fuel mix quality (Air/Flow Ratio or Lambda)
• Choice of fuel type including gasoline variations and racing fuels like VP C12, VP 110, VP MRX02

The application is organized into four tabs:

• Results: Displays key tuning parameters influenced by weather conditions and engine configuration. Allows fine adjustments and presents additional data like air density and SAE-related metrics.
• History: Stores all past carburetor configurations for reference.
• Engine: Configurable settings for engine model, year, spark plug manufacturer, and fuel type.
• Weather: Enables manual or GPS-based weather inputs alongside the ability to connect to external weather services. Pressure sensor integration for select devices is also available.
